Eyeglass Repairs

We try to have your broken glasses fixed and back with you as quickly as possible. If you need them repaired while you wait we do offer an express service option, with an additional fee.

Not all glasses are made out of the same material and sometimes our laser welder can’t properly reattach the metal where the break happened. If the glasses break again in the same spot within a week of the first fix and the surface has not been tampered with (e.g. glue) we can either repair them again for you, or give you a refund. Any more breaks in the same spot after the second fix will be charged or we may recommend not repairing them again.

Eyeglass repairs are not a forever fix. There will always be a weak spot where we laser welded the metal back together. We recommend fixing your glasses if you need them to get you by until you get a new pair.
